Pick inside this Brutalist Home in Athens. This six-storey warehouse is a combination between a versatile venue, four apartments, and a brutalist house.

Brutalist Home

First things first, the interior design studio responsible for this project was the Barcelona-based studio Andrew Trotter, which collaborated with Gavalas Ioannidou Architecture, Eva Papadaki, and other artists. Together, they did a renovation of this 1970s building in Athens. The result was 10AM Lofts.

This amazing penthouse has two opposite sides, there is an open space, but we can also find dark tones. The palette gives a sense of cool in the summer, however, it has a touch of luxury.

Brutalist Home

Within the inside of the brutalist house, we discover dark stone flooring, dull wood cabinets, and lime-washed walls. This specific style design language is special for the Mediterranean insides plan of Athens’ interiors.

Here, we can find a simple, yet unique decor, with vintage furniture and decorative pieces. Bringing them together gives to this home warmth.

10AM Lofts is a venue, with four lofts and a penthouse. A warehouse that can be used for multiple things, such as events, film-photo productions, artistic inspiration, and residence, of course.

This venue has three floors, the ground floor, the basement, and a mezzanine. Although it has the possibility to be used as one space or different size spots.

In order to access the basement, there is a unique and twisted steel staircase. While the mezzanine and the ground floor have had the walls painted white, the basement has only pendant lamps and small openings to illuminate the space.
