Residential Skyscraper in New York is the World’s Tallest, and that is why we’re going to talk a little bit more about him. The view and the interior design are so worth it!
This is an angular, icicle-like glass tower, that has the hand of Adrian Smith plus Gordon Gill Architecture. Stands at 1550 feet tall with 131 stories. It is located at 225 West 57th Street and has an outstanding view of Central Park and Manhattan. In this Residential Skyscraper, the designers decided on a minimal aesthetic for the exterior.
You can see here an aerial view that shows the top of the skyscraper. It has 179 luxury residences, that were designed by Rottet Studio. On the 32nd floor, the residences began at $6,5 million and the way is up from here.
The tower comes with an exclusive private club named “Central Park Club”, which features 50,000 square feet of luxury amenities across three floors. It also includes a dining room and kitchen with Michelin star chefs, a screening room, a private ballroom, and a lounge.
This monumental structure offers an outdoor terrace with a 60-foot swimming pool, a bar, and of course, a waiter service. The importance of Body & Mind is also present. Because there will be a health and wellness center on the 16th floor.
According to Gill, “Texture, palette, and material selections were made in order to address a softer, more sustainable and, hopefully, sophisticated expression,”.
He also adds that “There are spectacular views of Manhattan,”. “Achieved by carefully positioning the tower and incorporating large panels of glazing to capture the expansive views.”.
