This Balmain Home has the hand of Nina Maya in the heart of Sydney’s Balmain. It is a place for a family of four and combines elegance and class, as we’re going to see!
Welcome to this amazing Balmain House!
Nina sets her design according to the need of the owners, and in this case, they wanted something soft, but with elegance and class. At the same time, is functional!
Regarding the bathrooms, the interior designer kept the soft tone palette. The floor, made out of concrete and is that one of the main choices for this particular space. Side by side with the marble floor, we can see the plastered walls.
In this Balmain Residence, there are two different spaces, the first one location on the lower ground floor is a place for relaxing, as a healthy space. Below the ground floor, we can find the home movie, a bar, a theater, the gym, and the steam room, where luxury sets the tone.
This home is full of vintage design, that walks side by side with custom-made pieces by Nina Maya.
Nina had a world design influence in the decoration of this residence. There is Italian travertine, Arabescato marble, and French Oak flooring, all in the same place.
Last, but not least, we need to talk about the architect, that is also a furniture designer, Daniel Boddam. He is responsible for the Wave Sofa, which had as inspiration, the summer days in rolling waves.
