Noa Santos is the founder of New York-based studio NAINOA. For this townhouse he thought about a minimal interior design version and so he did.
Here you can find the family room, right in the ground floor. Here you can also find the office and the media room. The first floor has the entertaining place, the kitchen and the living room. The second floor has the bedroom suites, the last one has the guest bedroom suites.

According with Noa, “Townhouses can feel segmented and choppy, but once we opened a few walls and ceilings, the spaces flowed beautifully together”.
The kitchen includes hardwood cabinets, side by side with marble worktops. “We wanted the kitchen to feel sculptural and stately enough to be a public space for entertaining but laid out in a way to enjoy the street view as the chef,” says Noa.
The bedroom is the proof that minimal design is always a good choice. Every single space feel integrated, and this one follows it.
‘Stone is the beginning, middle and end in the primary bathroom,’ says Noa of the marble-clad main bathroom.
